There has been a pedigree update for our 2YO Bel Esprit colt. Yesterday in New Zealand, One Swanstonstreet won the Listed Carters-Gib Fillies Stakes at Wanganui, at just her third race start. One Swanstonstreet’s 3rd dam Quietness is a half-sister to Lady Acumen, the dam of our Bel Esprit colt.

I have just received word that Alpa Bravo will be having his second start at Ballarat tomorrow. He is No. 11 in Race 4, a 1400m maiden for colts & geldings 3YO and up. He will be ridden by Michelle Payne. Fingers crossed he has a good run against the older horses.

It was great to finally meet the Syndicate Managers, Shelley and Rod, but best of all it was wonderful to see the horses in our syndicate. The Choisir colt and Testa Rossa gelding are physically very impressive individuals. Both are big [...]
