Tasha becomes a Swedish and International Champion

I have just heard fantastic news from Sweden, that the beautiful Tasha (aka Mzalia Making Headlines) went Best of Breed at the SKK Svenstavik Int Show under Torbjörn Granheim from Norway.

And in the process, Tasha also became a Swedish and International Champion!

Huge congratulations to Tasha, and her owner Annika Kass of Ashiki Basenjis on this fantastic result. We are so proud of you!

And many thanks to Jeanette Norgren of Twigas Basenjis in Sweden for sending me the photo (below) of Tasha from the day.

Karen Hyland (along with her husband David) are the owners of Mzalia Basenjis, located in Two Wells, about 40km north of Adelaide. In addition to her basenjis, Karen's interests include attending live comedy performances and motor racing events. In 2008 Karen also become a racehorse owner for the first time.
