Goldie comes back to the ring with a bang!

We have just received some lovely news from Stan & Eileen Laycock of Eilsta Basenjis down in Tasmania.

After a lengthy break from the ring, their beautiful Best in Show winning girl Goldie aka Aus Ch Mzalia Private Benjamin) wins Bitch Challenge and Best of Breed at the Launceston Royal; Tasmania’s 2nd biggest show of the year. The Judge was Dr Jose Mendiola of the Philippines.

And keeping it in the family, Goldie’s daughter Meg (aka Eilsta Call Me in Stripes) was also Reserve Bitch.

The the following day at the Tasmanian Kennel Club Show, Goldie wins Best of Breed again, as well as Australian Bred in Group under Mrs Birgit Ferguson of South Australia.
